Refund policy

All ring sales are final. Each RJR ring is crafted to order for one owner - sizing and every detail are confirmed personally with Richard before crafting begins, and your deposit remains fully refundable until that moment.

Once crafting begins, the ring is made specifically for you and cannot be resold, so we're unable to accept returns or exchanges.

If your ring arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and we'll make it right.
